Why Choose Me As Your partner?

What got you here won’t get you there.  The world needs courageous and forward-thinking individuals who can uncover innovative solutions to even the most challenging issues facing organizations today. From consulting to project management, I have a passion for walking side-by-side with leaders to see their vision come to life.  Together, we can achieve great things while inspiring others to do the same.

Get Inspired

Amy’s journey began in 2005 as a Purchasing Agent for Amerimax Building Products, where she tackled the financial and efficiency challenges of a blue collar manufacturing environment. Her passion for excellence drove her to obtain her Lean Six Sigma certification, where she began traveling to all 13 U.S. locations to improve processes and procedures to minimize loss of time, resources, and money. Unsatisfied with improving the bottom line for the corporations, Amy left corporate America to focus on using her gifts and passion for the church.

Serving as an assistant to two senior level pastors, she saw behind the curtains and into the everyday needs and challenges of church leaders. Over the years, her roles expanded to leading a multi-million dollar church renovation project and later serving as the Director of Administration, overseeing Finance, Administration, Operations, and Human Resources. Foundational to all of these roles is her love for writing, communicating, and supporting other church leaders using these strengths.
